NCIS star Diane Neal is facing legal issues involving allegations of threatening her ex-boyfriend, J.B. Benn, and his dog, Charlie, according to court documents obtained by Page Six.
It’s claimed that Neal threatened violence against Benn and his pet in recorded audio. In a 2019 lawsuit, Neal accused Benn of defrauding her, abusing her pets, and being manipulative, also alleging physical and sexual assault against herself.
The relationship between Neal and Benn, which began in 2013, ended in 2018, preceding their legal battles. Neal reported Benn’s actions to authorities, expressing distress upon listening to the alleged recordings.
